Each Wednesday as your Ahwatukee Realtor, I will report to you the previous week’s Statistics regarding Home Sales in Zip Codes 85044, 85045, 85048. (IF you would like these Statistics for YOUR neighborhood, let me know) I will report to you the following:

  • How Many Active listings there are.
  • Of those how many are traditional Sales, how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
  • How many are under contract.
  • Of those how many are Traditional Sales, how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
  • Also how many were Sold that week.
  • And of those how many were Traditional Sales, how many were Short Sales or Foreclosures

6/26– 7/3 here are the numbers:

1)      Active Listings- 314,  181 are Traditional Sales, 133 are Short Sales or   Foreclosures.

2)      Under Contract- 350,  87 are Traditional Sales, 263 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.

3)      Sold Last Week-  65 Homes, 23 are Traditional Sales, 42 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.

  • Of those how many are traditional Sales, how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
  • How many are under contract.
  • Of those how many are Traditional Sales, how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
  • Also how many were Sold that week.
  • And of those how many were Traditional Sales, how many were Short Sales or Foreclosures

6/19– 6/26 here are the numbers:

1)      Active Listings- 323,  187 are Traditional Sales, 136 are Short Sales or   Foreclosures.

2)      Under Contract- 378,  95 are Traditional Sales, 283 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.

3)      Sold Last Week-  33 Homes, 14 are Traditional Sales, 19 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.

3)      Sold Last Week-  40 Homes, 21 are Traditional Sales, 19 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.

3)      Sold Last Week-  60 Homes, 30 are Traditional Sales, 30 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.

Bingo With The Stars

Bingo with the Stars

On May 15, 2011 at Mountain Park Community Church Major League Baseball Players and N2 Sports LLC are hosting a Bingo with the Stars event from 4 to 7 pm.


Proceeds will benefit Carola Jacobson, an Ahwatukee single Mom to assist with medical expenses in her battle against breast cancer and the fight for her life.


The evening will be hosted by sports author Billy Staples, former baseball players will be guest callers and sign autographs for the children. There will also be a silent auction and a raffle. Hot dogs will be provided free of charge.
