Wacky Weekly Wednesday Ahwatukee Real Estate Stats

Each Wednesday as your Ahwatukee Realtor, I will report to you the previous week’s Statistics regarding Home Sales in Zip Codes 85044, 85045, 85048.  I will report to you the following:

• How Many Active listings there are.
• Of those how many are traditional Sales, how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
• How many are under contract.
• Of those how many are Traditional Sales, how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
• Also how many were Sold that week.
• And of those how many were Traditional Sales, how many were Short Sales or Foreclosures

So for the week of 9/5– 9/12 here are the numbers:

1)      Active Listings- 594,  304 are Traditional Sales, 290 are Short Sales or   Foreclosures.

2)      Under Contract- 273,  73 are Traditional Sales, 200 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.

3)      Sold Last Week-  17 Homes, 7 are Traditional Sales, 10 are Short Sales or Foreclosures.
