Each Wednesday as your Ahwatukee Realtor I will report to you the previuos week's Statistics regarding Home Sales in Zip Codes 85044, 85045, & 85048.  I will show you the following:

• How many Active Listings there are.
• Of those how many are Traditional Sales & how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
• How many are under Contract.
• Of those how many are Traditional Sales & how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures
• Also how many were Sold that week.
• Of those how many are Traditional Sales & how many are Short Sales or Foreclosures

So for the week of 5/23 - 5/31, here are the numbers:

1) Active Listings- 326 Homes,  172 are Traditional Sales, 154 are either Short Sales or Foreclosure.

2) Under Contract- 225 Homes, 55 are Traditional Sales, 183 are either Short Sales or Foreclosures.

3) Sold Last Week- 32 Homes, 16 are Traditional Sales,  16 are either Short Sales or Traditional.
